Classic Spins Inc. — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal contract between Classic Spins Inc. (“Classic Spins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you” or “User”) and govern your access to and use of our games, apps, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), including any virtual items or virtual currency made available through the Service (“Virtual Items”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Entertainment Only. The Service is for entertainment purposes only. No real-money gambling is offered or permitted.

2.1 Age & Residency. You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service, and 21+ in any jurisdiction requiring 21 to participate in simulated casino-style gameplay. Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Service, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. You may not use the Service where prohibited by law.

2.2 Registration & Security. To access certain features, you may need an account (“Account”). You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly update changes. You are responsible for all activity on your Account. Notify us immediately at help@classicspins.com of suspected unauthorized use.

2.3 Account Ownership. Accounts and Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. You obtain no ownership interest in any Account, the Service, or Virtual Items. We may suspend or terminate accounts as set out in Section 8.

Subject to these Terms, and only as long as you fully comply with them, you are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

The Service and all associated content, software, artwork, music, code, and designs (“Classic Spins Content”) are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble (except as permitted by law)
• Bypass security, geo-blocks, or access controls
• Use Classic Spins Content to train or improve AI or machine-learning models
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated bots/emulators to access or exploit the Service

4.1 Nature of Virtual Items. Virtual Items (chips, coins, boosts, or cosmetic items) have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or property, and are non-transferable. They are licensed for use solely within the Service.

4.2 Acquisition & Use. Virtual Items may be earned or purchased. Pricing, availability, and attributes may change without notice.

4.3 Payments & Subscriptions. We may charge for certain features or Virtual Items. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled through your platform account (e.g., Apple, Google Play). You are responsible for all charges and third-party fees.

4.4 Refund Policy. All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience a loss due to a verified glitch or bug, contact us at help@classicspins.com within 30 days. Chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

4.5 No Dormancy/Expiration. Virtual Items do not expire due to inactivity.

If you post or transmit content (“User Content”), you grant Classic Spins a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, display, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

You grant us the right to use your username, gameplay statistics, achievements, and leaderboard results for in-game displays, tournaments, social features, and promotional materials.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, bot, exploit, or automate gameplay
• Upload malware or disrupt servers
• Harass, threaten, or post unlawful/obscene content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
• Sell, gift, or transfer Accounts or Virtual Items
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Scrape or harvest data for commercial purposes

Photosensitivity: Stop playing if you experience dizziness, seizures, or related symptoms.

Responsible Play: Play for entertainment only. Set personal limits on time and spending. Do not play if it interferes with daily responsibilities or recovery from addiction.

We may suspend or terminate your Account or access, at our discretion, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, cheating, or legal requirements. Upon termination, Virtual Items and licenses are forfeited without compensation.

You may close your Account anytime by deleting the app and contacting help@classicspins.com.

If you believe content infringes your rights, notify help@classicspins.com with the required DMCA details.

The Service and Virtual Items are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is capped at the greater of US $100 or the amounts you paid in the 6 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Classic Spins harmless against claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.

These Terms are governed by California law and the Federal Arbitration Act. Before arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 60 days.

Any unresolved dispute will be settled by final, binding, individual arbitration through JAMS. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing help@classicspins.com.

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any Additional Terms form the entire agreement. No waiver of rights unless in writing. If a provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign freely.
